Managing Director
Keith has overall responsibility for Corporate Travel. He is challenged with growing and organising the business through leadership, structure and innovation. He is hands-on and possesses the energy to drive his people through Teamwork and is committed to People Management. Keith holds a BA Hons Finance Degree, Post graduate in Management specialising in Leadership and is a qualified Accountant.
Angela McKay
HR Manager
Ange is the General Manager of Selective Travel Management, she has been in the travel industry for 20 years. She is responsible for the daily operations on the floor and our People Management strategy. She is passionate about driving our values through every part of our organisation to achieve our vision. Ange has a positive attitude to work and has a leading role in ensuring this culture is delivered throughout the company internally and with our clients externally.
David Fingland
Business Development - Contracts
David Fingland is one of our Account Managers, with over 20 years’ experience of working within the travel industry. He is predominately responsible for managing the relationships with some of our key accounts, as well as preparing our responses to tender opportunities. David is passionate about delivering first class customer service to his portfolio of accounts and is always looking for opportunities to simplify travel for all customers.
Stephen Staerke
Business Development Manager
Stephen Staerke is the business development manager at Selective Travel Management. His main role is to increase brand awareness as well as bringing new clients into partnership with Selective Travel Management. Having already successfully integrated multimillion-pound companies into Selective, Stephen spearheads the campaign of simplifying business travel for clients.
Stewart Bell
Account Manager
Stewart is an award-winning travel professional, he was awarded the national title of Sales Manager of the Year 2006 at the TTG Business Travel People Awards. His experience has been gained over twenty-five years in the Travel Industry with a wide spectrum of clients. Stewart plays a pivotal role between his clients and their suppliers to ensure their exacting requirements are not only met but surpassed.

He combines ground breaking technology with superior corporate service and competitive airfares. David developed B2B online booking tools for WTC & Selective Travel Management that allows clients manage travel more efficiently though policies and rules, which results in cost savings.
